Bro-Metal Review: FULL BODY SHOT "Leech" EP

Our good friend, Tom Cifello (Bottomfed, Super Moon Records), sent over a new EP for me to check out, "Leech," by Full Body Shot.  I have to admit I have been traveling a ton and have found myself a bit behind schedule for getting things posted.  On my flight home Sunday I blocked of time to listen to new music and I popped on the headphones and dialed up "Leech." I listened to it three times in a row, needless to say, I liked the EP.  With the perfect combination of, hardcore, punk, and metal, "Leech" is absolutely killer.  With amazing hardcore vocals and a musical edge, "Leech" had me head banging and I am pretty sure all of the other passengers on my flight though something must be wrong with me.  You know what?  I couldn't have cared less.  The guitar playing on this EP is aggressive and more complex than a typical "hardcore" album and the drum and bass provides a chugging foundation that at times even has a, Pantera, undertone.  High praise?  Yes it is and it is well deserved.  From the first track, "Birth," Full Body Shot set the tone for a face melting EP.  Make sure to check out my favorite track, "Die," you won't be disappointed.  Full Body Shot, is a force to reckoned with and it is up to all, Bro-Metaler's and metal fans to share the, "Leech" EP, with the rest of the hardcore/metal nation. With a Bro-Metal rating of, 9/10, it is time to spread the word.  -Bro
